Every successful SES API call. A single message to 5 recipients counts as 5 emails. Bounces and complaints are free — only delivered + accepted emails count.

Do you charge for opens, clicks, or webhooks?

No. Tracking events, webhook deliveries, and analytics are all included at every tier.

Can I bring my own AWS SES account?

Yes — bring your own AWS SES account. You pay only Cloudflare's pennies + AWS at-cost on top of your Mailgrid plan.

How do dedicated IPs work?

$24.95/mo per IP via SES. We track the warmup schedule and auto-route by email stream. Start cold or migrate an existing reputation.
